Simple Transfer of Real Property Ownership

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Request letter of the owner (if applicable)
  • 2 copies Certificate of Title or Electronic copy of Title from the Registry of Deeds
  • 2 copies Machine copy of Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) from the BIR
  • 2 copies  Machine copy of Transfer Tax Receipt issued by the Provincial Treasure’s Office
  • 2 copies Machine copy of Tax Clearance issued by the Municipal Treasurer’s Office
  • 2 copies DAR Clearance of agricultural (1 duplicate copy and 1 machine copy)
  • 1 copy Official Receipt of issuance of the New Tax Declaration
  • 2 copies Deed of Conveyance (1 duplicate copy and 1 photocopy)

Any of the following:

  • Deed of Donation
  • Deed of Sale
  • Extra Judicial Settlement
  • Final Deed to Purchaser

AMOUNT OF FEES:

  • P 50.00 Issuance of New Tax Declaration
  • P 50.00 Certification Fee (if applicable)
